The beef

Our smash burgers are made using a custom blend of three prime beef cuts, all 100% Irish and sourced from our trusted local butcher. We use dry-aged, matured beef for maximum depth of flavor, then grind it fresh to achieve the perfect balance of tenderness, juiciness, and that signature sear when smashed hot on the griddle.
Pickle

Sauce

We use fresh baby gem lettuce, finely chopped for a crispy crunch in every bite. Its delicate texture and mild flavour add the perfect layer of freshness to balance out the richness of the beef and cheese.
Produce
We keep it simple and classic, with a house mix of the best: smooth American yellow mustard, the finest ketchup, rich and creamy real egg mayo, and just a drop of Canadian maple syrup to round it all off. It’s the perfect balance of tangy, sweet, and creamy — made to complement every layer of the burger without overpowering it.
